It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Rackl of Montgomery Village, Maryland, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. “Deepest sympathy to Jim and family for the loss of cousin Barbara. Pre-Covid, my sisters and I enjoyed an annual lunch with Barbara, an afternoon filled with laughter and memories. In 2019, I visited Barbara at Daytona Beach. She loved to fly kites on the beach and she graciously brought a special kite for me. We had great time visiting in person and then several times on the phone during the past 18 months. I'll miss her sweet sense-of-humor and her compassion for many worthy causes.”
