He was predeceased by: his siblings, Tucker, Jerome, Michael, Weber, Anthony and Charlotte; and his brothers-in-law, Tommy Boyer and Jake Lenhart.
He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Baker of Doubs, MD; his children, Rhonda Wilcom Wade (Michael) of Berlin, MD and Ronald E. Wilcom (Jeanne) of Glenelg, MD; his grandsons, Jack and James; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Boyer, Dottie Lenhart and Evelyn Wilcom. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
