It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Louis Shiflett of Monrovia, Maryland, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Shiflett and Elizabeth Shiflett (Williams); and his stepson Patrick Foster. He is survived by: his wife Margie Dexter Shiflett; and his stepchildren, Michael Foster, Kevin Foster, Timothy Foster, Daniel Foster, Kathleen Foster Fominaya, Patricia Foster Mumford, Anne Foster Seek, Kristina Dexter Dorney, Laura Dexter Pritchard and Jennifer Dexter Kline. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 27 great granchildren.
