He is survived by: his wife Janice Willard; his children, Tammy Brautigam (Joe), Michael Wayne Willard, Kimberly Albaugh, Krista Willard and Jason Willard; and his brother Roland. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
