It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kyle Lee Howard (Monrovia, Maryland), born in Damascus, Maryland, who passed away on August 26, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Howard and Bessie Howard Reeves; his siblings, John Howard and Cora Howard; his great-niece Jessica Howard; and his former wife Shirley Howard.
He is survived by: his stepfather Woodrow Reeves; his son Kyle L. Howard, Jr. (Tammy); and his siblings, James Howard (Grace), Rodney Howard (Jean) and Lossie Ridgely (Jerry). He is also survived by one niece, six nephews, 11 great nieces and nephews and two great-great nieces and nephews.
