He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Francis Wilcom and Catherine Murphy Wilcom; his daughter Kathryn Socks; his grandson Colter Jordan; his siblings, Tucker Wilcom, Michael Wilcom, Weber Wilcom, Anthony Wilcom and Charlotte Miller; and his sisters-in-law, Alice Wilcom and Hazel Wilcom.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Wilcom; his children, Susan Wilcom of Frederick, Douglas Wilcom (Elizabeth) of Union Bridge, Cindy Ann Holley (Rick) of Johnsville and Kami Culb of Frederick; his grandchildren, Chelsea Humphries (Robert), Clinton Holley, Noel Holley, Jack Culb and Abby Culb; his great grandchildren, Tatum, Elijah, Dawson and McKinley; his brother William Wilcom (Betty) of Monrovia; his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Wilcom of Monrovia and John Miller of Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Wilcom, Mark Wilcom, Alan Wilcom, Larry Wilcom, Ronald Wilcom, Anita Moore, Jennifer Miller, Tammy Rollins and Rhonda Wade.
