Stoner (Monrovia, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on May 22, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Stoner (Tifanni) of Keedysville, MD, Debbie Brown (Joe) of Clayton, NC, Greg Stoner and Kathi Weldon of Laurel, MD; and his siblings, Danny Stoner, Billy Stoner and Mary Ann Gover. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
