He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Willoughby (Patricia), Maureen Willoughby (David Murphy), Kathleen Willoughby, Malcolm Willoughby (Alisa), Christine Gray (Richard Gray) and Mark Willoughby. He is also survived by 24 grand nieces and grand nephews, 13 great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews.
