He is survived by: his parent Catherine Dugan; his children, Michael Evans of Woodbine, MD, William Evans and Tina Collins; his sister Jeanette Grebowsky of Lanham, MD.; his grandchildren, Madelyn Evans, Rita Cherry, Stephen Collins and Shawn Collins; and his great grandchildren, Briana, Cameron and Paisleigh.
