She was predeceased by: her father Clifford Shelton; her husband Jerome Wilcom (Romie); her daughter Kathryn Socks; her grandson Colter Jordan; and her brothers, Jerry Shelton and Joseph Shelton.
She is survived by: her mother Mildred Keeney Shelton; her children, Kami Culb, Tony Walker of Monrovia, Douglas Wilcom (Elizabeth) of Union Bridge, Susan Wilcom of Frederick and Cindy Ann Holley (Rick) of Johnsville; her grandchildren, Jack Culb, Abby Culb, Chelsea Humphries (Bobby), Clinton Holley and Noel Holley; her great grandchildren, Tatum, Elijah, Dawson, McKinley and Liam; her siblings, Barbara Green of Harpers Ferry and William Shelton (Elaine) of Baltimore; her sister-in-law Terrena Shelton of North Carolina; and her niece Robin Turner of Frederick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
