She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Umberger and Calista Umberger. She is survived by: her husband John Krop; her children, Scott Moreland, Chris Moreland (Desiree Moreland), Julie Redmond (Cliff Redmond) and Kenny Santmier; her grandchildren, Destiny Helser (Tim Helser), Jessica Redman (Dylan Redman), Katelyn Moreland, Amelia Jefferson (Terence Jefferson), Stephanie Hahn (Robert Hahn), Abby Moreland, Hailey Redmond and Kyle Redmond; and her sister Dena Magruder (Steve Magruder). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Green Valley (11402 Ridge Ln, Monrovia, MD 21770). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Green Valley.
