He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Gabrielle and Zachary; his mother Linda Ewick; his stepfather Marc; his sister Melissa Masten; his brother-in-law Dale; his uncle Byron Ewick; his aunt Mari; his nieces and nephews, Brian Diamond, Augustus Fredenburgh, Romi Fredenburgh, Brady Masten and Cameron Masten; his siblings-in-law, Becky Daniel and Brian; and his cousin Brooke Atkinson.
