She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Doris (Leakins) and Oliver Monroe Hoffman; her husband Walter J. Fleming; and her sisters, Kathleen Rew, Ethel Daughtery and Sally Grimes.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Monroe Fleming (Leona), Thomas Walter Fleming (Alice) and David Wayne Fleming (Deborah); her grandchildren, Michelle M. Fleming Lamp (Michael Lamp), Jennifer J. Nichols (Chad), Joseph W. Fleming, Alysha D. Lilly (Mason), Alina K. Potts (Ori), Stephanie E. Potts, Kelley A. Flesher (Travis) and Howard A. Zimmerman, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Michael Burkett, Bailey Nichols, Karleigh Nichols, Sawyer Nichols, Judah Potts, Madison Rayne Flesher, Jeweleya Anne Vann and Hadlee Brooke Zimmerman; her brother Oliver F. Hoffman; and her friends, Mona, David Crawford, Carol Cornell, Dottie Kessel and Lou Gloyd.
