He was predeceased by: his mother Marcia Jean Carlen (Ditchkus). He is survived by: his father William Sidney Smith; his wife Elise Michele Smith (Gentry); his daughters, Alexis Leigh Smith, Aden Grace Smith and Ava Grace Smith; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Ellen Edwards and McKinley Morgan Ukura; and his brother Jason William Smith. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and countless cherished friends.
