He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Luther Adkins Sr. and Patricia Ann "Wolf" Adkins of Millington, MD; his children, Melody Ann Adkins-Freeman and Bradley Michael Freeman-Adkins of Millington, MD; his siblings, Teddy Adkins of Ocean City, MD, Melvin Adkins of Florida, Patrick Adkins (Terri) of Berlin, MD, William Adkins (Shannon) of Glen Burnie, MD, Buddy Adkins (Tiffany) of Pasadena, MD, Josh Talieffero (Kim) of Millington, MD, Heather Steward (Larry) of Millington, MD and Thresa Figard (Anthony) of Millington, MD; and his partner's child Harley of Pondtown, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
