She is survived by: her husband Russell Riley; her son Michael Starkey; her stepchildren, Katherine of Russell, III and James; and her siblings, Billy Slingbaum, Cathy Johnston, Reba Businsky and Wilma Jacob. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
