It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Daniel Kelter of Millersville, Maryland, who passed away on June 1, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kelter and Margaret Kelter; and his siblings, George, John and Margaret.
He is survived by: his siblings, F. Rhonda, Richard, Noreen, Deborah and Patricia; his wife Paula Black Kelter; his children, Christopher, Avery, Emersyn and Andrea Kelter Snodgrass; his former spouse Brad Snodgrass; and his children, Mallory and Brett. He is also survived by 32 nieces and nephews.
