He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell L. Carnochan and Mildred Austin Carnochan. He is survived by: his wife Lynda J. Carnochan; his children, Daphne L. Wagner (Joe), Wendy C. Nabb (David) and Phillip Carnochan, Jr. (Jacque); his grandchildren, Carlie Jo Wagner, Ethan J. Wagner, Maggie Jo Holecheck, Landon Carnochan, Sawyer Carnochan and Zeke Carnochan; his great grandchild Colby J. Sikes; and his brother Michael Carnochan.
