She is survived by: her parent Mary Potoma (Tomko); her sons, John Bereznak (Deborah) of Millersville and Thomas Bereznak (late Andrea) of Jefferson Hills; and her grandchildren, Justin, Aaron, Jaclyn and Ryan.
