She is survived by: her children, Laura Malm and John Horne Jr. (Dayna); her grandchildren, Stephanie Olienyk (JD), Stephen Malm (Megan), John Horne III and Jake Horne; and her great grandchildren, Karissa Dodson, Tripp Olienyk and Palmer Olienyk.
