Winfree of Lanham, Maryland; his brother Frank Tinker, Jr. of Silver Spring, Maryland; his siblings-in-law, Franz C. Veney, Roland F. Veney of Washington, D. C., Tijwana S. Best of Charles County and LaMarise S. Reid (Charles Reid) of Great Falls, Virginia; his niece Jacqueline Magruder (Harland Magruder) of Upper Marlboro, Maryland; and also DeMion L. Claiborne (Tracy R. Claiborne) of Norcross, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
