He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elligson and Thelma Elligson (Clindinst); and his wife Josephine May Elligson. He is survived by: his sons, John L. Elligson III and Michael D. Elligson; his daughter-in-law Marilyn S. Elligson; his grandsons, John L. Elligson IV and Garrett R. Elligson; his brother Daniel Elligson; his granddaughter-in-law Laura M. Elligson; and his great grandchildren, Natalie May Elligson, Brianna Mary Elligson, Jack Lawrence Elligson and William Lachlan Elligson.
