He was predeceased by: his father Louis Calvin Lockard Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Mildred Ekholm; his daughter Jessica Rae Hall; his brothers, Louis Calvin Lockard III (Rae Lynn) and Gunnar John Lockard (Deborah); and his niece Caitlin Brooke Lockard.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Independent Church -Millers (5010 St Pauls Rd, Millers, MD 21102). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St Paul's Church (5010 St Pauls Rd, Millers, MD 21102).
