We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2021, at the age of 75, Edgar Cutter of Midlothian, Maryland, born in Frostburg, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cutter and Gertrude Cutter; his siblings, Hazel Cutter, Mabel Kennell, Joe Cutter and Roger Cutter; his grandson Quade Livengood; and his brother-in-law Raymond Kennell.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Cutter; his children, Richard Cutter (Elaine) of Cumberland, Chad Cutter (Lorie) of Midlothian and Melissa Richards of Grantsville; his brothers, Blaine Cutter and William Cutter; his grandchildren, Jordan Cutter, Richard Cutter, Jr., Chris Cutter and Nina Cutter; his great grandchild Felix Harris; and his sister-in-law Deanie Cutter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
