He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Cesnick and Catherine Cesnick (Fair); his sister Cornelia "Toni" Ann Doolan; his parents-in-law, Phyllis and Carl Deal; his siblings-in-law, Kenneth L. McKenzie, Timothy Doolan and Sarah Cesnick; and his nephew John C. Knippenberg.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Cesnick (Deal); his children, Joan E. Cesnick, Thomas "Andy" Cesnick and Teresa M. Cesnick; and his siblings, Eugene A. Cesnick, Sr. and Agnes Louise McKenzie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Thomas's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, American Diabetes Association, or a favorite children's charity.
