Norma Jean Foutz Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2024, at the age of 88, Norma Jean Foutz of Midland, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd James and Edna Martz (Hosselrode); her husband William Charles Foutz; and her siblings, James Martz, Robert Martz, Ronald Martz, Neva Sands and Shirley Scarbrough.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Kerling (Tom) of Lonaconing, MD, Bill Foutz (Sonia) of Rawlings, MD, Kathy Willison (Tim) of Greencastle, PA and Chuck Foutz, Sr. (Sharon) of Hope Mills, NC; her grandchildren, Brian Kerling (Bobbie), Tommy Kerling, Jr. (Becky), Lisa Moreland (Zach), Ryan Foutz (Erin), Mandy Willison, Jessie Willison, Chuck Foutz, Jr. (Whitley) and Joshua Foutz (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Gavin, Dennis, Matthew, Andrew, Abel, Aniston, Callie, Addison, Charlie and Charles III; and her friend Carol Richards. She is also survived by extended family including nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (15205 McMullen Hwy SW, Cresaptown, MD 21502). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
