She is survived by: her children, William Winner of Frostburg, Bernard Winner (Debbie), Julie Thrasher (Joe), Laurie Meredith of Midland and Rosanne Winner Baran (Sam); and her grandchildren, Teri Winner Raines, William Jr., Christopher, Robert Winner, April Winner, Charles, Jr., Aaron, Nathan Thrasher, Denzil Halbritter, Jr., Benjamin, Elizabeth Meredith, Hannah, Ray and Marsina Winner Baran. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
