He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mills and Nellie Mills (McGowan); and his wife Ann L Mills (Kenny). He is survived by: his children, Leo J. Mills (Kathy) of Mt. Savage and Brenda A. Preston (Carey) of Swanton; his granddaughter Sarah A. Morgan (Terry); and his great grandchildren, Corey D. Preston (Sara), Angela Mills, Chase A. Preston, Laken A. Preston and Ava L. Mills.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations are asked to be made to UPMC Western Maryland Hospice at 1050 West Industrial Boulevard, Suite 19, Cumberland, MD 21502.
