Blair, Sr. of Finzel, Gwynne Sturtz (Robert) of Frostburg, Michael Blair (Megan) of Midland and Robert Blair (Candice) of Frostburg; her grandchildren, Richard E. Blair, Jr. (Ana), Charles Blair (Melanie), Shawnda Blair, Shaela Murtha (Nathan), Makayla Blair, Jordyn Blair, Alex Blair and Hayden Blair; her great grandchildren, Daniel, Keana, Draven, Kierra, Phoenix and River; her brother Earl Lee Kroll (Marie) of Lakewood, WV; her daughter-in-law Tammie Blair of Midland; and her niece Leann Frank. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
