He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Frost (Jay Sr.) of Cumberland, MD, Jill Davis (James Jr.) of Burlington, WV, Anita McGregor (Mike) of Lonaconing, MD and Julie Durrence (William "Scott") of LaVale, MD; his grandchildren, Jay Frost Jr. (Jessica), Christopher Frost, Vanessa Frost, Nicholas Frost, Keith Donaldson (Samantha), Keri Donaldson, Kristin Rich, Michael McGregor, Victoria Gordon, Kayla Green (Dakota), Logan Kyle, Levi Kyle and Jaden Durrence; his great grandchildren, Aizen, Amelia, Amari, Prince "Carter", Nala, Mya, Myla, Matthew, Sage, Kali, Brayden, Trinity, Mia Mae, Harper, Axl, Izzy, Ryleigh and Quincy; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Bittner and Cindy Burke (Freeman). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
