She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Wyand Burtner and Daisy Marie Burtner (Marker); her siblings, Sylvia Wonner (Burtner) and Cecil R. Burtner; and her son-in-law Gerald B. Dunlap.
She is survived by: her children, Justina B. Sheppard Dunlap of Cumberland, MD, Bonita Sheppard Agee (William J.) of Middletown, MD and Herbert W. Sheppard, Jr. of Middletown, MD; her granddaughter Laura Marie Schaffer (Brian) of Rowlesburg, WV; her great grandchildren, Sarah Carlisle of Rowlesburg, WV and Rebekah A. Carlisle Foy (Douglas) of Springs, PA; and her great great grandchild Reese Eloise Foy.
