He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie H. Nave and Anna Nave (Crosley); his siblings, Leslie Nave, Jr. and Mary Lynn Haggerty (Nave); and his granddaughter Francesca McReal.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Nave; his children, Marianna McReal (Nave), Rebecca Hub (Roger), Thomas Nave (Carolyn), Juliet Alexander (Stuart) and John Nave (Brenda); his grandchildren, Ian, Thomas, Ryan, Erin, Melissa, Madeline, Mia, Samantha, Joseph, Albert and Sophie; and his friends, Joseph and Nancy Miller.
Donations may be made in memory of Olin Nave to the Holy Family Catholic Church, Middletown, Maryland or the Frederick County Hospice, Frederick, Maryland.
