He is survived by: his son John David Ballam of Oxford, England.; his wife Jane Lois Ballam of Harmony; his sisters, Margaret Horner of Mariottsville, MD and Joan Heger of Pasadena, MD.; his grandchildren, Melanie Raynor of Middletown, MD., Nathaniel Stottlemyer of Glenmore, PA., Lydia Ballam, Clarissa Ballam of England and Alistair Ballam of Wales; his great grandchildren, Camden, Owen, Kenna Raynor of Middletown, MD, Grayson and Mona Stottlemyer of Glenmore, PA.; his nephew Denny; and also Deb.
