He is survived by: his grandmother Rachel; his siblings, Tristan, Joseph and Gracie; his aunt Chantelle; his mother Meghan Marcantonio Gunsallus of Middletown; his grandparents, Mike, Nancy Gunsallus of Tyrone, PA, Nicholas "Kim" and Mary Ann Marcantonio of Middletown; his aunts and uncles, Kris, Paul Marcantonio, Jessica and Kristin Marcantonio; his cousins, Jack, Emma, Sophie, Nicholas Samuel, Henry and Gabriel; and his great-grandaunt Maxine Hannah. He is also survived by family, birth mother, Momma.
