She was predeceased by: her parents, Alpha T. Moser and Ella M. Compher Moser; her husband Gorden Blair; and her siblings, Floyd Moser, Clark Moser, John Moser and Helen Brown.
She is survived by: her half-brother Wilmer Moser; her foster sisters, Adeline Wise and Mildred Doody; her daughters, Dawn Moser (Joe) of Thurmont, Glenna Wilcom of Frederick and Penny Koontz of Middletown; her grandchildren, Kim Rhoderick (Mark), Karen Coats (Will), Jeff Wilcom, Traci Lafferty (Steve), Dana Remsburg (Troy), Nicole Wangness (Craig) and Heidi Chisholm; her great grandchildren, Todd, Tara Wilcom, Erica, Hayley Lafferty, Colin, Chase Remsburg, Emily, Blair Coats, Paige Roderick, Bailie, Dylan Wangness, Reilly and Brittany Chisholm; and her daughter Nancy.
