He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence S. Cutsail, Sr. and Mabel I. Cutsail Browning; his friend Ronnie "Speedy" Hayes; his wife Connie; and his siblings, Robert Cutsail, Sr., Charles Cutsail and Isabelle Cutsail.
He is survived by: his grandson-in-law Paul; his friend J. C. Martin; his daughter Julie Frye (David); his granddaughters, Katie Murphy (Paul) and Janelle Shank; his great grandchildren, Paisley and Lane Murphy; his siblings, George Cutsail, Sr. (Polly), Lewis Cutsail (Linda) and Annabelle Crutchley; his friend Monroe; and also John Standifer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, masks and social distancing are required.
