It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeanette Jackson Dougherty (Middletown, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Belland and Selma Belland (Johnson); her former husband Joseph Jackson; her grandson William Enten; and her siblings, William Belland, Margaret Petrini and Eleanor Bower.
She is survived by: her husband Francis Dougherty; her children, Thomas Jackson (Joy) and Lorri Enten (Anthony); her granddaughters, Jessica Jackson (George Bedford) and Kylie Enten; and her brother Robert Belland (Pat) of Adamstown, Maryland.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
