He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel Toms. He is survived by: his stepchildren, James Thayer (Jean) of Urbana, Jennifer Cantrell (Jason) of Frederick, Melissa Harmel (Pete Neal) of Taneytown, Michelle Brachetti (Derek Brachetti) of Middletown and Matthew (Sarah). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and many more family, relatives and friends.
Due to Covid restrictions, wearing of masks, social distancing and limiting the number of people in the funeral home at any one time (25) will be in effect.
