He is survived by: his wife Tricia "Chuck" Mumford (Foster); his daughter Connie Minear (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Carson, Parker and Hunter; and his siblings, Anne Seek (Foster), Danny Foster, Timmy Foster, Kevin Foster, Michael Foster, Pat Foster and Kathleen Fominaya (Foster). He is also survived by 48 nieces and nephews.
