He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Adkins (Churchey); his daughter Sheila K. Delauter (Adkins); his son-in-law Dale F. Delauter; his grandchildren, Gwyn Delauter, Keith, Trina Delauter and Dana Ammons; his great grandchildren, Zachary Haines (Lauren), Cole Haines (Courtney), Jessica Remsberg (John), Emily Delauter, Kirstin Dixon (Jordan), Layne, Chelsea Masser, Sierra and Sam Ammons; and his great great grandchildren, Coen, Jaycee Haines, Ryder Haines, Archer Remsberg, Kailee, Evelyn Dixon, Bailey and Garrett Masser. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, and sister-in-laws.
