He is survived by: his wife Nadia Simone Wheatley Taylor; his children, Deanna, Lynn Taylor (Tom King), Frank "Buddy" Wheatley Taylor (Joan Allen Taylor) of Keedysville, MD, Donna Ruth Taylor Clingan (Adam Clingan) of Frederick, MD and David Thomas Taylor (Amy Keyfauver Taylor) of Boonsboro, MD.; his grandchildren, Gregory Pope, Brian Pope, Emily Pope, Kelly Taylor (Joe Denti) of Northern Virginia, Daniel Taylor (Kateri Taylor) of Keedysville, Adam Taylor (Maria Taylor) of Charles Town, WV, Jackie Gaver Crow (Brendan Crow) of Epsom, NH, Samantha Gaver Kolodny (Eli Kolodny) of Ft. Collins, CO and Ashely Gaver; and his great grandchildren, Gregory, Damian Pope, Eli Pope, Kordell, Kaiden, Jailyn Weedon, Charlotte, Audrey, Olivia Merrbach, Joey, Giana Denti, Gilbert, Thaddaeus Taylor, Devin, Everett and Levi Crow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Because of the pandemic, a celebration of Nadia was unable to be held at the time of her death.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Homewood at Crumland Farms' Benevolent Fund.
