She was predeceased by: her parents, Spencer Prather and Havana Prather; her aunt Johnson of Nebraska; her cousin Florence Gaither; her husband Luther Crutchfield; her siblings, Justina Prather and Kermit Prather; and her grandchildren, Angela Tyson and Robert Lee Brown, Jr..
She is survived by: her son-in-law Raymond; her close friends, Edith Williams, Juanita Whitt, Norma Milner, Ann Chapman and Sherman Walker; her children, Lucinda Hall (Melvin), Wanet Tyson (Raymond), Cassandra Brown and Gerald Crutchfield (Paulette); and her brother Spencer "Pete" Prather. She is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was predeceased by her husband of 64 years, Luther Crutchfield; sister, Justina Prather; brother, Kermit Prather; granddaughter, Angela Tyson; and grandson, Robert Lee Brown, Jr. COVID PROTOCOL: Masks are required. Each adult will need to sign a COVID Waiver Form affirming they have not had any COVID related symptoms or been in contact with anyone with COVID in the last 2 weeks.
