He was predeceased by: his former wife Judith Rae Polfer; his grandson Michael; his great grandchild Samantha; and his sister Margaret (William). He is survived by: his brother Bob; his wife Judy; his sons, Brian (Sheila), Brad (Karen), Ray (Carol) and Mark; and his grandchildren, Ben, Lindsay, Sarah, Cheyenne, Meade, Ava, Megan, Lauren, Matthew and Tristan.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be sent to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
