He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Haines and Leah Haines (Delauter); and his brothers, Charles E. Jr. and Thomas W. Haines. He is survived by: his wife Delores Wiles Haines; his sons, Dale (Beverly) and Drew (April); his grandchildren, Dustin, Adam, Elly, Ariel and Summer Haines; his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer and Wesley Leatherman (Megan); his stepgreat-granddaughter June Leatherman; his sister Beverly Grove; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie and Evelyn Haines. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
