Clara Axline Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Axline of Middletown, Maryland, who passed away on November 23, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Clara Axline to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Everhart and Ruth Everhart; her husband Lee West Axline; and her sisters, Celeste Hilldebrand (Harold) and Cleta Ahalt (Dorsey).
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Jean Wolfe, Robert Lee Axline (Betty Ann), Roy David Axline (Deborah), Ruth Jane Axline, Douglas Eugene Axline, Richard Allan Axline (Kathy), Rebecca Ann Nusbaum (Rick) and James Malcom Axline; her niece Lois Shank (Donald); and her grandchildren, Eric Wolfe (Amber), Chris Axline, Sara Axline, Tracey Wolfe, Arin Brown (JD), Matt Axline (Kristen), Bryan Axline (Donielle), Dustin Nusbaum (Tara), Adam Axline, Allan Axline (Katie), Martin Nusbaum (Whitney), Andrew Axline (Megan) and Cory Nusbaum (Kayte). She is also survived by twenty-six great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or the Frederick County 4-H Camp Center.
