He was predeceased by: his parents, George Buck and Mary M. Lockard Buck (Currens). He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Lockard; his children, Charles W. "Bill" Lockard, Jr. of Frederick, Patti Humphreys of Middletown and Kelly Toms (Tony) of Thurmont; his grandchildren, Bryon Lockard (Clarica), Carrie Strobel, MaryAvery Feigley (Kenny) and Shelby Jo Toms (Chris Shriver); his great grandchildren, Colin Lane Lockard, Tyler James Strobel, Landen Michael Strobel and Cooper Charles Lockard; and his aunt Peggy (Florida). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
