She was predeceased by: her husband Charles William "Buck" Lockard, Sr.; and her parents, Sydnor Claude Gordon and Avery Eugenia Gordon (Bush). She is survived by: her children, Charles W. "Bill" Lockard, Jr. of Frederick, Patti Humphreys of Middletown and Kelly Lockard Toms (Tony) of Thurmont; her grandchildren, Bryon Lockard (Clarica), Carrie Strobel, MaryAvery Feigley (Kenny) and Shelby Jo Toms (Major Rogers IV); and her great grandchildren, Colin Lane Lockard, Tyler James Strobel, Landen Michael Strobel, Cooper Charles Lockard and Avery Lurine Feigley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stauffer Funeral Home-Frederick (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
