He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mary Marvelyn Prayor Rinker of Fort Valley, VA.; his wife Nettie Rinker; his daughters, Paula Rinker of Palm Beach, FL, Melissa Hagan (Michael Hagan) of Middle River, MD and Sheila Rinker Nesbit (Sean Nesbit) of Belair, MD.; his grandchildren, Stephanie Smith (Dennis Smith), Shannon Rinker (James Cluster, Jr.), Spencer Nesbit and Shauna Nesbit; his great grandchild Willow Cluster; and his sister Golda Dinges of Woodstock, VA.
