Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joan Naomi Koehler of Middle River, Maryland, who passed away at the age of 82, on March 18, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hare and Emily Hare (Stambaugh); her husband Fred Koehler; and her sister Donna Lee Popp. She is survived by: her brother Donald Franklin Hare, Jr. (Peggy); her grandchildren, Donald F. Hare, III and Emily Hare; her nephews, Matthew Morse and Aaron Patrick O'Keefe; and her great grandchild Sophia Hare.

In memory of Joan's compassionate spirit and love for animals, contributions may be made to the Harford County Humane Society.
