He is survived by: his children, Nicole Blankenship (Chad Sr.) and Jackson L. Pruitt III (Beth); his grandchildren, Sgt. Chad Blankenship Jr. (Patricia), Autumn Pruitt, Austin Blankenship, Wynter Pruitt, Sage Pruitt, Hunter Blankenship and Weston Pruitt; and his siblings, James Pruitt, Janice Pruitt, Joyce Zink, Joanne Elliott, Jerry Pruitt (Ruthie), Allen Pruitt (Barbara) and Caroline Spain (Willis). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
